Dark chocolate & banana pudding! 😍
7 steps
Prep:5min
Moorish, small and mighty dessert! Delicious, with very creamy consistency and super easy 2-ingredient chocolate pudding. No cooking, no baking, no sugar, no flour, no egg and looks and tastes like you spent a long time making it, but only takes 5 minutes!
This makes 6 individual portions or one “cake” that you can cut in 6.

Instructions
Step 1
Peel 3 ripe bananas and mash them with a fork until you have a smooth purée with no bits. For a perfectly smooth purée you can do this in a blender.

Step 2
Brake the dark chocolate into a small microwave-safe bowl, and microwave until fully melted. Do this 30 seconds at a time to prevent overheating the chocolate and stir to mix before heating again. You want it just melted, don’t over heat it. It should take about 1 to 2 minutes to melt it through.

Step 3
Add the melted chocolate to the banana puree and mix with a spatula until you have a homogeneous mix.

Step 4
Pour into 6 cupcake moulds for individual desserts. You can alternatively pour it into a small cake mould lined with cling film to make a big one that you can slice into portions. You can slightly oil the silicone mould(s) with a neutral flavour oil for easier unmoulding.

Step 5
Shake the mould and hit it on the working surface to minimise the number of air bubbles.
Step 6
Refrigerate the individual ones for at least 2 hours before unmoulding.
The big one will need at least 6 hours.
Step 7
Unmould and plate . Right before serving, dust the top with icing sugar or cocoa powder or desicated coconut (optional). You can decorate the plate with a few berries or a sliced strawberry. The sharpness of the strawberry works very well with the sweetness of the pudding. Enjoy!
